What do you think of the site?

Hey all, I thought seeing as I've put so much effort into this site I would request some feedback.

I'm not really looking for new things to do, but how have we done so far on the current features and look of the site? It's the nerd coming out in me, I realise most people don't care about the inner workings.

I've had positive feedback from a number of the ladies advertised, based on traffic going to their sites/phones/emails, with reasonable conversion for them into paying customers.
